Application Support Specialist, Los Angeles
To provide
world-class customer focused support to external and internal clients and serve
as a primary contact for clients who experience service interruptions or seek
technical advice on Company Products. A background in healthcare
technology support is desired.
1-
2 years proven experience in on-site and remote second / third level Application
support.
Knowledge
·
Knowledge of multicultural practices and an appreciation of
cultural differences
·
Knowledge of computer software, including applications and
programming
·
Knowledge of the structure and content of the English
language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules, and composition,
and grammar
·
Knowledge of word processing
·
Knowledge of HTML, Internet Protocols, LINUX/UNIX,
networking, Windows (all versions), SQL, HL7 and JDBC.
· Knowledge of Java and a programming background a bonus.
